Vendor & Merchant Form

Thank you for your interest in participating in this year’s Day of Empowerment festival and vendor fair, which will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2018, from 10:00 am til 5:00 pm. This is a day which brings Empowerment to the Gender Diverse Community and our Allies. During this day-long event, attendees can browse the vendor booths, listen to live performances by local musicians, and sit enjoy the atmosphere of comfort food, such as hamburgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs, nachos, chips, cookies and hot and cold beverages.
Each vendor/community partner will have use of 1 six-foot table and 2 chairs. Once again, this year we will provide the table at no costs per table. We will be happy to accept any donations that you would like to offer for the space.

1. Vendors/Community Partners will have one-hour of set-up time prior to the event. Our doors will open at 9:00 am for table setup, and the festival and vendor fair will begin at 10:00 am, the vendors will also have one-hour at the conclusion of the event to dismantle and remove all things brought to the location by Vendor. Vendor shall leave the location clean of trash and in the condition, it was before Vendor occupied it.

2. Business or Merchandise Vendors will need to provide the organizers a VALID City of Las Vegas or Clark County Business License.

3. Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any damages or claims that may arise in connection with Vendor’s presence at the TransPride Event, hosted by Las Vegas TransPride, and Transcending the Gender Box.

4. You will be assigned a booth space, which will be clearly marked. Nothing pertaining to your booth shall exceed your designated area. Vendors shall not encroach upon on use of any booth space that is not specifically assigned to the vendor. Vendors shall keep all aisles, walkways and paths free of obstructions. Electricity may be available on a limited, first come/first serve basis. Vendors must provide their own electrical cords and additional lighting if needed.

If your organization wishes to participate in the TDOE vendor fair and festival, please fill out the reservation form below and submit. All forms and payments must be received by October 31, 2018.
